Thought you should know because I would want to know if my service was putting off customers. In the end we dropped $400 and honestly we had fun, but the night was overshadowed by the poor service and rude dealer. Kim was the pit boss and she was the bright side of the night with Desaray as our favorite dealer. This was the third dealer of the night, the other 2 were great. Then to finish the night off we ended with a rude dealer that was straight up berating players if their chips were not perfectly inside the fire symbol. How does she get lost for four hours and why couldnt we get another waitress? Really put a damper on a fun night. The pit boss actually apologized because they couldn't reach her and if we wanted drinks we would have to go find some at 2am. In then end the pit boss paged her 3 times and another waiter paged her another time and she showed up finally at the 4 hour mark then took 30 minutes to give us bottled water as we left.
we played blackjack (wife, brother, and I) for 4.5 out of 7 hours last night we were there.
Only downside is the smoke is heavy when full. First night was wonderful, lost money but the dealers were great at blackjack and we just had a fun time.
